There are two types of dashboard members:

• Owners - can update the dashboard, and can invite others to view it
• Viewers - can view a dashboard, but can't update it

You can check if you are an owner or viewer by selecting Dashboard Members at the bottom of your dashboard Home page.

Only your diocesan safeguarding team can invite one or more people to be an owner of a dashboard.  An owner can then invite other people to be viewers.

Please contact your diocesan safeguarding team if someone else needs an invitation to be an owner.
